Included: A scaled 2D layout plan including the creation of a detailed plan illustrating the optimal arrangement of furniture, fixed elements, and functional zones based on the actual dimensions of the space, as well as traffic flow optimization to ensure fluid, logical movement adapted to daily use. The organization of functional zones allows for the clear definition of spaces (use, storage, work, relaxation, etc.) to maximize efficiency, comfort, and ergonomics. The plan also includes key technical information, such as essential measurements and the positioning of key elements (furniture, equipment, fixed installations) to support planning and execution. At IN Spaces, every interior design project is carried out according to the specific needs, preferences, budget, and characteristics of each client. Due to the personalized nature of our services, return and refund policies differ from those applicable to the sale of standard products.

1. Interior design services

The services offered by IN Spaces may include consultations, layout concepts, plans, selections of materials, furniture or colors, visual renderings, recommendations, and other personalized design services.

Once a service has been fully completed and the planned deliverables have been provided to the client, the amounts paid for the work performed are generally non-refundable, subject to the rights granted to the consumer by applicable law.

2. Cancellation before the start of the project

If the client wishes to cancel a service before IN Spaces has begun the planned work, they must contact us as soon as possible.

When no work has yet been performed and no expenses have been incurred specifically for the project, a refund may be granted in accordance with the terms of the applicable contract or agreement.

However, fees expressly identified as non-refundable in the applicable contract, quote, or agreement remain subject to the conditions stated therein and to applicable law.

3. Cancellation after the start of the project

When a project is cancelled after work has begun, IN Spaces may bill for services already performed as well as authorized expenses incurred for the project up to the date of cancellation.

Any potential refund will be calculated based on the portion of the service that has not yet been performed, in accordance with the contract concluded with the client and applicable law.

4. Deposits and payments

Terms regarding deposits, progress payments, and final payments are specified in the quote, proposal, or contract provided to the client.

Where permitted by law and clearly indicated prior to payment, certain deposits or fees may be non-refundable, particularly when they cover work already begun or expenses incurred specifically for the project.

5. Modifications and revisions

The number of revisions included in a service is indicated in the applicable proposal, package, or contract.

Requests for changes exceeding the number of included revisions may result in additional fees. These fees will be communicated to the client before the additional work is performed.

A change in client preference after the approval of a concept, plan, material, or selection does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for work already performed.

6. Plans, concepts, and digital deliverables

Plans, concepts, renderings, presentations, product lists, material selections, and other personalized documents are created specifically for each project.

Once these deliverables are completed and transmitted to the client, the fees corresponding to the work performed are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Products, furniture, and ordered materials

When IN Spaces facilitates or carries out the purchase of furniture, materials, accessories, or other products from a third-party supplier, the return, exchange, cancellation, and refund policies of the relevant supplier may apply.

Custom, made-to-order, specially ordered, or final sale items may be non-returnable and non-refundable according to the supplier's terms.

Any delivery, return, restocking, or cancellation fees imposed by a supplier may be charged to the client where permitted by law.

8. Contractors and external suppliers

IN Spaces may recommend or collaborate with contractors, installers, manufacturers, suppliers, or other independent professionals.

When the client enters into a contract directly with a third party, the payment, warranty, cancellation, and refund terms of that third party apply to their own services or products.

The responsibilities of IN Spaces regarding the coordination or management of these parties will be specified in the contract applicable to the project.

9. Problem with a service

If the client feels that a service or deliverable does not match what was provided for in the contract, we invite them to contact IN Spaces as soon as possible.

We will examine the situation and seek an appropriate solution, which may include correction or revision when reasonable and provided for in the scope of the service.

10. Refund timelines

When a refund is approved, it will be issued, as much as possible, using the payment method used during the original transaction.

The time required for the amount to appear in the client's account may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.

11. Applicable laws

This policy is not intended to limit the rights enjoyed by a consumer under applicable laws. If any provision of this policy conflicts with an applicable legal obligation, the latter shall prevail.
