Based on the information gathered, we create a personalized moodboard including a selection of colors, textures, materials, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements adapted to your entryway. We provide you with a detailed selection of furniture, lighting, accessories, and decorative elements suited to the proposed concept, such as a console, bench, mirror, rug, storage solutions, lighting fixtures, and various accessories. Included: A scaled 2D layout plan including the creation of a detailed plan illustrating the optimal arrangement of furniture, fixed elements, and functional zones based on the actual dimensions of the space, as well as traffic flow optimization to ensure movement is fluid, logical, and adapted to daily use. The organization of functional zones allows for clear space definition (use, storage, work, relaxation, etc.) to maximize efficiency, comfort, and ergonomics. The plan also includes key technical information, namely essential measurements and the positioning of key elements (furniture, equipment, fixed installations) to support planning and execution. Result: a structured, functional, and harmonious layout, designed to optimize your space and facilitate its implementation.

Add-on option – 2D Layout Plan + 3D Visual

Included: 2D layout plan + realistic 3D perspectives allowing you to visualize your space in its final configuration, regardless of the room. The package coherently integrates the selected materials, colors, textures, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements. Volumes, proportions, heights, and clearances are represented precisely to offer a clear understanding of the layout. This immersive staging allows you to fully appreciate the overall atmosphere before execution, providing a concrete and reassuring vision of your future space, facilitating informed decisions before starting work or making purchases.

At IN Spaces, every interior design project is tailored to the specific needs, preferences, budget, and characteristics of each client. Due to the personalized nature of our services, our return and refund policies differ from those applicable to the sale of standard products.

1. Interior design services

The services offered by IN Spaces may include, but are not limited to, consultations, design concepts, plans, material, furniture, or color selections, visual renderings, recommendations, and other personalized design services.

Once a service has been fully completed and the planned deliverables have been provided to the client, the amounts paid for the work performed are generally non-refundable, subject to the rights granted to the consumer by applicable legislation.

2. Cancellation before the start of the project

If the client wishes to cancel a service before IN Spaces has begun the scheduled work, they must contact us as soon as possible.

When no work has yet been performed and no expenses have been incurred specifically for the project, a refund may be granted in accordance with the terms of the applicable contract or agreement.

However, fees expressly identified as non-refundable in the applicable contract, quote, or agreement remain subject to the conditions stated therein and to applicable legislation.

3. Cancellation after the start of the project

When a project is cancelled after the work has begun, IN Spaces may invoice for services already rendered as well as for expenses authorized and incurred for the project up to the date of cancellation.

Any potential refund will be calculated based on the portion of the service not yet performed, in accordance with the contract concluded with the client and applicable legislation.

4. Deposits and payments

Terms regarding deposits, progress payments, and final payments are specified in the quote, proposal, or contract provided to the client.

Where permitted by law and clearly indicated prior to payment, certain deposits or fees may be non-refundable, particularly when they cover work already begun or expenses incurred specifically for the project.

5. Modifications and revisions

The number of revisions included in a service is indicated in the applicable proposal, package, or contract.

Modification requests exceeding the number of included revisions may incur additional fees. These fees will be communicated to the client before the additional work is performed.

A change in client preference after the approval of a concept, plan, material, or selection does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for work already completed.

6. Plans, concepts, and digital deliverables

Plans, concepts, renderings, presentations, product lists, material selections, and other personalized documents are created specifically for each project.

Once these deliverables are completed and transmitted to the client, the fees corresponding to the work performed are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise provided by applicable legislation.

7. Ordered products, furniture, and materials

When IN Spaces facilitates or carries out the purchase of furniture, materials, accessories, or other products from a third-party supplier, the return, exchange, cancellation, and refund policies of the relevant supplier may apply.

Customized, made-to-order, specially ordered, or final sale items may be non-returnable and non-refundable according to the supplier's terms.

Any delivery, return, restocking, or cancellation fees imposed by a supplier may be charged to the client where permitted by law.

8. Contractors and external suppliers

IN Spaces may recommend or collaborate with contractors, installers, manufacturers, suppliers, or other independent professionals.

When the client enters into a direct contract with a third party, that third party’s payment, warranty, cancellation, and refund terms apply to their own services or products.

The responsibilities of IN Spaces regarding the coordination or management of these parties will be specified in the contract applicable to the project.

9. Issues with a service

If the client feels that a service or deliverable does not match what was planned in the contract, we invite them to contact IN Spaces as soon as possible.

We will examine the situation and seek an appropriate solution, which may include a correction or revision where reasonable and provided for within the scope of the service.

10. Refund timelines

When a refund is approved, it will be issued, as much as possible, using the payment method used during the original transaction.

The time required for the amount to appear in the client's account may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.

11. Applicable laws

This policy is not intended to limit the rights enjoyed by a consumer under applicable laws. If any provision of this policy conflicts with an applicable legal obligation, the latter shall prevail.
